Should you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact Kate at thectmedium@hotmail.com within 48 hours of your appointment date and Kate will honor any deposit or payment given for a service.

If you miss your appointment without notifying Kate Howe, Kate reserves the right to forfeit any funds provided.

Should Kate Howe need to reschedule an appointment with you due to situations out of her control such as weather alerts or a pending emergency, Kate will contact you and get your appointment scheduled back on the calendar ASAP.
